FIELD NOTES
Wild fermented on full skins in stainless steel for 14 days. Malolactic fermentation in aged barrels in separate batches. Matured in barrels for 15-months before bringing together for bagging.

TASTES
Light-bodied and fruit-forward with good grip. Juicy red plum, bright red berries, some just-ripe strawberry.

PERSONA
The young thinker; reflective on everything they encounter.

DRINK NOW?
To be had now, many times over. It'll last, fresh and juicy, for 4-5 weeks once opened. Or store it on your bookshelf for a few months until the time is ripe, then let it flow out to your loves. Serve straight out of the box, or throw it in the fridge if it's a chilled-red kinda day & night.
