FIELD NOTES
Wild fermented on full skins in stainless steel for 14 days, then malolactic fermentation in aged barrels. Matured in barrels for 15 months before bringing together for boxing.

TASTES
Light bodied and bright, with soft fine tannins. Full of mulberries, red currants and rhubarb with tight acid.

The pragmatic empath; time for the whole table.

DRINK NOW?
To be had now, many times over. It'll last, fresh and juicy, for 4-5 weeks once opened. Or store it on your bookshelf for a few months until the time is ripe, then let it flow out to your loves. Serve straight out of the box, or throw it in the fridge if it's a chilled red kinda day & night.
