FIELD NOTES
Various components treated, well, variously. Some early-and-hand-picked red grapes direct-pressed for sans-skins purity. Some white grapes skin-soaked for skin-on-juice texture. Some other experiments conducted with inspiring results. All wild fermented. 18-month barrel-aging and malolactic fermentation hasn't stopped the bright natural acids from shining through. Brought together for bulk maturation for 5 months before bottling, unfiltered.

TASTES
Dry, crisp and fresh as; zingy stone fruits, lemons, grapefruits, bright berries.
