FIELD NOTES
We harvested a tiny amount of Merlot in 2022, purely for play. Wild fermented the lot in one 1000L open vat and one 450L open vat, both hand-plunged twice daily with love and devotion, then transferred to aged 300L barrels for malolactic fermentation. Of the 3 barrels of this purest of liquids, one stood out above the rest. Hand bottled and hand labelled, exclusively for those that support us the most.

TASTES
Super soft, delicately light and floral. Jasmine, plum blossom, blackcurrant, wild strawberry. Energetic and full of life with soft, soft tannins. Bright and light but also deep and complex, a tension we love.
